LAST DAY OF SCHOOL: June 21, 2017

June 19 - 21 will be early dismissal days.

PTO Auction

Our bi-annual PTO Auction last week was an enormous success, thanks to our PTO officers' and many parent-volunteers' incredible efforts to plan the event, gather donations, set up and work the tables, prepare and serve dinner and refreshments, facilitate the various auction events, and so many other necessities. Attendance was excellent, and participants were extremely generous, resulting in the event raising more this year than two years ago, despite less student enrollment. All proceeds raised go directly toward enhancing students' learning experiences.

Box Tops

Thanks to your ongoing collection of BoxTops, JMS recently received a check for over $250 for student activities! The last day to submit Box Tops to win the pizza party is May 26th.

Summerfest-Camp for Students in Grades 2-8

Wamogo High School is pleased to announce that for the upcoming summer of 2017, we are running our very own summer program: Summerfest.

This is a 6 week long camp-style program that is 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) from 9am - 2pm, and runs from June 26th - August 3rd. Sessions are split into 2 week increments and you may sign your child up for multiple sessions if you so choose. Summerfest is open to all Region 6 students of all ability levels in grades 2 - 8. The cost is $75 per week per child with transportation available from central locations for participants. July 5-7 is a shortened week and costs $50.

Summerfest features tons of fun, daily activities led by a team of peer leaders, which include: outdoor sports, classic camp games, arts and crafts, music and drama, water carnivals, cooking, gardening, STEM, dance, team building games, and much more.
