2020-21: Reunite+Reimagine+Relaunch
Regional Air Quality is Currently Unhealthy for Everyone
Regional air quality continues to be affected by wildfire smoke and is currently "Unhealthy/Red" for everyone.
Everyone can reduce their exposure by avoiding strenuous outdoor activities and keeping outdoor activities short. To learn more about outdoor air quality, visit the Washington State Department of Health and/or the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency websites.
We made it through the first two weeks of Connected Learning together!
Important update about our school buildings
Beginning on Monday, September 14, for health and safety reasons, in-person visits to schools will be by appointment only. Please contact your child’s school to schedule an appointment or for assistance.
If you have a scheduled appointment, please remain in your car until the office releases you to come to the building.
Anyone entering a BSD facility is required to sign in, to wear face coverings, and maintain social distancing (6 feet).
A health screening must be performed (including temperature check with a touchless thermometer) on any parent, guardian or visitor entering a Bremerton School District building.
If a person answers yes to any of the health screening questions listed below, that person will be asked to remain outside the facility.

A reminder about Remind - a classroom communication tool
We wanted to share some information about Remind -- one of our core communications tools in our Continuous Learning System.
As a district, Remind has been an approved communication tool and used by many teachers for several years. If you're not already familiar with Remind, it's a classroom communication tool that makes it easy to stay involved with your child's learning. Remind is free to use, and you'll be able to get and send messages on any device—even a simple text message from your phone!
If your student's teacher is using Remind this school year, you will soon receive an email or text message from Remind - if you haven’t already. If you would like to utilize Remind and do not have an existing account, you can follow the steps in the message to finish setting up your account.
If you have already set up your Remind account, no action is needed!
Below is a quick video about getting started with Remind.
