Rouge24 is a 4.5 out of 5 star restaurant that was started in 2011 by R.J. Cooper (chef and owner). Chef Cooper was inspired by his mother and Sicilian grandmother who cooked all home meals from scratch. A 3 course meal is $45 per person, and a 5 course meal is $65. These meals consist of varieties of foods such as river grasses and herbs, bone marrow, oyster root, parmesan pudding, and dehydrated black truffle sponge.
