Vietnam Park Shelter
The shelter at Vietnam Park located at 1300 35th Street received a much needed paint job as well as soffit and fascia updating this past fall.
Tim Myers, Don Weis and Company pressure washed, scraped and applied a fresh coat of paint to the ceiling, doors and trim areas on the shelter. This alone made the building sparkle and look significantly better.
Significant mold and rot were discovered on several areas of the overhang and fascia. We contracted with a local contractor to make the necessary repairs and the end result was fantastic. New aluminum soffit and fascia were installed with proper ventilation as well as a new gutter on the south end of the building.
A BIG thank you to all who helped make this project a reality.
