ELEMENTARY SPRING BAND/CHOIR CONCERT
The Elementary Spring Band and Choir Concert will take place on June 1, 2022 at 7:30pm at Atlantic Avenue School inthe gymnasium.
ELEMENTARY CHOIR PERFORMS NATIONAL ANTHEM AT PHILLIES GAME JUNE 13TH!!!
If you ordered tickets to the Phillies game on May 6th, (postponed due to weather) you will be issued NEW tickets to the rescheduled game on June 13th. The choir WILL sing the National Anthem, as originally planned. New tickets will be sent home on or before June 6th.

Elementary Students New COVID Testing Information and Location Letter
Please note that LTS has changed their Thursday hours at the High School. Effective MARCH 17th they will be testing from 9:30 - 10:30 am.
Anyone who wants to utilize this free COVID-19 testing program must pre-register at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that parents MUST accompany their elementary child to the testing site. Please read the letter above for all up-to-date information effective February 24th.

Visitors: If you would like to visit the school for any reason you must make an appointment. Visitors must also complete the visitor sign-in register and display a badge while in any district building.
Kindergarten Registration Information for 2022-2023
Below is information regarding the registration process for kindergarten students for the 2022-2023 school year. We are currently accepting registration applications via email.
Please email the following documents to: kindergarten@hhsd.k12.nj.us
· Proof of residency (a copy of a utility bill and/or a driver's license)
· Your child's Birth Certificate
· All Medical forms completed Registration and Medical forms
Once all of your paperwork has been received, you will get an email with a link to a form which will allow you to sign up to complete your registration in person on either February 10th or 17th at Glenview Elementary School. Please reach out to Atlantic or Glenview Elementary Schools with any questions.

The district decided that due to the rise in Covid cases and that we are in the orange as a county, the concert for the students on June 1, 2022 will be live streamed into each classroom and (NEW TIME 7:30 PM) for families in the Atlantic Avenue Gymnasium.

- THE NEXT OUTDOOR FAMILY MOVIE NIGHT WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, JUNE 10TH (RAIN DATE OF THURSDAY, JUNE 16TH) AT THE HADDON HEIGHTS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL FIELD. Gates will open at 7:00 p.m. and the movie will start at 8:00 p.m. More information is forthcoming.
- THE END-OF-THE-YEAR POOL PARTY CELEBRATION WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 16TH AT HADDON GLEN SWIM CLUB, 1:00 P.M. TO 3:00 P.M. Stay tuned for more information on this fun event.
- DON'T FORGET TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION PROGRAM! When you buy products with the Box Tops logo, simply scan your receipt (from in-person and online purchases) and earn funds for our elementary schools that we can use toward assemblies, social events, student groups, teacher grants, and so much more! OUTDOOR MOVIE NIGHT
The Haddon Heights Parent Teacher Group will be holding a Kick-Off Summer Outdoor Movie Night on Friday, June 10th (rain date of Thursday, June 16th). Join elementary school families to watch "Encanto" on the high school football field. Concessions and glow items will be available for purchase at the event. Please see attached flyer for more information and a link to purchase tickets.
BEACH TOWEL FUNDRAISER
In addition, the HHPTG will be selling a "Home of the Garnets" beach towel for $25 at the event, for families to sit on that evening and to use throughout the summer and beyond. This beach towel is also available for pre-order now for a discounted price of $22 and will be delivered to your elementary school prior to the event. Please see link in the flyer for a preview picture of the beach towel and information on how to purchase. A preview picture of the beach towel is also attached.
DONATE SNACKS AND DRINKS FOR THE CONCESSION STAND AND WATER FOR FIELD DAY
We are once again looking for donations of snacks and drinks to sell at the event. Donations for our event concession stands are incredibly helpful because we are able to raise even more at these events, and directly invest that funding into our elementary schools next year through assemblies, teacher grants, new student clubs, and so much more.
We are also looking for donations of cases of water for Field Day on June 15th! You may sign up for both Movie Night and Field Day donations by using the link below. Please note that Movie Night concession donations should be delivered to 1100 Sycamore Street, Haddon Heights by June 9th and Field Day water donations should be delivered to Seventh Avenue Elementary School by June 14th.
