Degree: highest power

Term of each polynomial: each group of multiplied numbers and variables

Standard form: highest to lowest degree

Coefficient: # in front of the variables

Leading coefficient: # in front of variable with highest power

Constant term: # at the end with no variable (0 if not listed)


Finding degree when multiplying: Leading degree term from the first multiplied by leading degree term from the second.

If ++ ➡️ ++

If + - ➡️ + - opposites

If - - ➡️ - + opposites

If - + ➡️ - -




You have to find the different between the two number. And what they add up too and what they mutilply too.
