St. Patrick's Day to Spring Break!

These past two weeks, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day, read some great stories, and got ready for the beginning of Spring!!

We celebrated by playing games, making artwork, and reading special stories. We are getting ready for our Spring Break by having an egg hunt and special fun!

For St. Patrick's Day, we worked on many projects related to the holiday ...

We played games in Math and counted dots to match dice rolls. We try to practice our counting in many different ways!

Playing Roll and Dot - count the dice and fill in the dots!

We've also been playing in our play centers, practicing socializing, and using pretend play as a way to get better at solving problems, practicing our communication skills, and being creative!

We read "The Napping House" and then acted it out :)

We painted and printed with plastic eggs!

We graphed different colored jelly beans!

And, we used plastic eggs with our play dough ... did you know that when you put play dough into a plastic egg, it comes out looking like a scoop of ice cream??
