Community Cafes
The Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition of Ontario County has expanded their educational efforts to include "Community Cafes" that provide communities an opportunity to receive education on the substance abuse and then engage in a dialogue about their needs within their community to address this issue. They have hosted 2 cafes in Naples and are expanding their efforts.
This month, they will be hosting the following cafes and I have attached flyers for your use as you see fit (see links below):
Tuesday, November 15th - Phelps Community Café from 6pm - 8pm at the Phelps Community Center (Topic: How did we get here? A brief history of the opioid epidemic in our nation and community)
Monday, November 21st - Naples Community Café from 6pm - 8pm at the Naples Library (Topic: Law Enforcement - how can we collaborate to address this issue?)
Tuesday, November 29th - Victor Community Café from 6pm - 8pm at the Victor Library (Topic: How did we get here? A brief history of the opioid epidemic in our nation and community)
