Emotional Eating in Quarantined Kids
Boredom and stress are two big contributors to emotional eating, and children have a lot of both right now.

During Times Of Stress, Turn To Ambient Music
And at this particular time, with everyone suffering in one way or another from the COVID-19 fallout, ambient music may provide even more solace or refuge. Isolation — or at least a lack of social interaction — is where we’re at now. Uncertainty looms. At its best, ambient music supplies a quiet constancy, a tranquility that can counter the disturbing currents running through our brains.

Tip of the Day
Want to impress friends and family on your next Zoom meet-up –- whatever your need, these are the Zoom shortcuts for you.
A really great feature of Zoom, which makes it feel more like a real-world meeting, is the ability to raise a hand. This allows you to keep the group muted but still give participants the feeling that they can speak up and interject when they need to, perhaps with a question.
For PC users Zoom lets you raise a hand by pressing Alt + Y and for Mac users it's Option + Y. iPad users will need to use the onscreen icon.
