And they asked Jesus, "how much do you love us" and He stretched out his arms and died for our sins...

Mass and Altar Servers
Some of our classes have been attending mass more often to allow the altar servers to grow in confidence and to help the rest of the children learn the parts of the mass. Thank you parents for helping our students get to school on time (or earlier) on mass days.
We hosted two COVID vaccination clinics...
St. George stepped up to protect our community against COVID by hosting two vaccination clinics on Saturday, 3/27 and Wednesday 3/31. More than 800 community members were vaccinated.
If you were vaccinated on Saturday, 3/27 - your second dose is on Saturday, April 17.
If you were vaccinated on Wednesday, 3/31 - your second dose is on Wednesday, April 21.
Thank you to Linda Reyes and the Religious Education program for adjusting their meeting plans to accommodate the clinics.
Thank you to Little Manila Rising and their volunteers for confirming appointments, reaching out to our neighbors around our church community, and providing water for our participants.
Thank you to Becka Abellano-Delvo for providing the clipboards.
Thank you to all of our school staff and volunteers!

Holy Thursday and the example of Jesus Christ
My favorite part was the confused expression on the children's faces as we asked them to remove one shoe and sock for the washing. They walked away asking MORE questions and BETTER questions about who Jesus was. That's exactly what we want! Children with a heart for Jesus.
Thank you to Ashley, Nicholas, and Kristian who volunteered to assist.
Go St. George Knights!
Please enjoy this Happy Easter song and sing along with the lyrics below!
Lyrics to "This is Amazing Grace" by Phil Wickham
Who breaks the power of sin and darkness?
Whose love is mighty and so much stronger?
The King of glory, the King above all kings
Who shakes the whole earth with holy thunder?
And leaves us breathless in awe and wonder?
The King of glory, the King above all kings
This is amazing grace
This is unfailing love
That You would take my place
That You would bear my cross
You laid down Your life
That I would be set free
Oh, Jesus, I sing for
All that You've done for me
Who brings our chaos back into order?
Who makes the orphans a son and daughter?
The King of glory, the King of glory
Who rules the nations with truth and justice
Shines like the sun in all of its brilliance
The King of glory, the King above all kings
This is amazing grace
This is unfailing love
That You would take my place
That You would bear my cross
You laid down Your life
That I would be set free
Oh, Jesus, I sing for
All that You've done for me
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Worthy is the King who conquered the grave
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Worthy is the King who conquered the grave
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Worthy is the King who conquered the grave
Worthy is the Lamb who was slain
Worthy, worthy, worthy
This is amazing grace
This is unfailing love
That You would take my place
That You would bear my cross
You laid down Your life
That I would be set free
Oh, Jesus, I sing for
All that You've done for me
All that You've done for me

...and if this is true, how much more important is an education founded on Christian values? How much more will our students change the world?

Please continue to wash hands and practice social distancing.
