There is No Away Campaign Kickoff
The Office of Sustainability is collecting items for reuse or donation. Donations will be forwarded to the Knox Share Shop, Galesburg charities, and the greater Galesburg community.
Collection boxes will be located in laundry rooms of all residence halls, communal spaces of on-campus houses, and in Seymour gallery. Boxes will be delivered on May 15 and daily pickups will continue through June 5.

Blessings in a Backpack

Blessings in a Backpack is a national organization that aims to tackle the issues of child hunger in the United States. All are welcome! Knox students volunteer once a week to make lunch bags of donated and nutrious food for disadavantaged students of local elementary schools in the town. No need to sign up to volunteer.

Elizabeth Barrios is an Assistant Professor of Spanish and TransAmerican Latino/a Studies at Albion College. Along with teaching Spanish, literature, and film, she researches the history of the oil industry, and artistic responses to ecological crises in Latin America. She graduated from Knox College in 2009, where she double-majored in English Literature and Spanish. In 2016, Barrios earned her Ph.D. in Romance Languages and Literature (Spanish) from the University of Michigan.

Inspired by the current turbulence of the American political climate, this striking showcase of various abstract sketches is the culmination of a term's worth of conceptualization, building, and rehearsal, proudly presented by the students of THTR 387.
Capture the Glow

Join your fellow upper-classmen RA's in a game of capture the flag with glow and the dark items. Every student that wants to participate will have to meet on the tennis court. During that informational sessions, students will learn the rules of the game, the teams, the jail, the safe zone etc. Additionally, if the weather is bad, the game will be relocated to the fieldhouse area. Look out for flyers and upper-classmen RAs for more information.
