Wow, what an April we have had! You guys are truly amazing and Spring fever is definitely in the air. Happy Mother's Day to all...SO much is going on with KEEP Collective...Very Exciting. Home office Updates:

Product Credits
You now have easy access to information on remaining hostess rewards and credits including expiration dates for you, your hostesses and your customers. Because this information just became visible today, all rewards and credits that would have expired before May 12th are being extended to expire on May 12th. This gives you plenty of time to reach out to your hostess with expiring credits and encourage them not to let their rewards go to waste! Please note, we do not yet have email notifications for expiration, so please do reach out to your hostesses with soon-to-expire rewards!

  • We’ve added a new ‘Credits’ tab to the Contacts pages. Now you can see the total available Hostess Rewards for each of your hostesses and the

    expiration dates.

  • Hostess Rewards expire 6 months from the date of the Social.

  • If your Hostess earned rewards and you then moved the Social date, their rewards will still expire 6 months from the original Social

    date.

  • To find your hostesses with near expiring credits: go to “View Socials” and look for Socials ~5 months ago and then search for those

    hostesses names in “Contacts” to see if they have available credits that are going to expire. (the closed social will show the amount

    they originally earned but will not show if they’ve spent them)

  • If you have hosted a Social, you can view your own Hostess Rewards in the Credits section of your ‘Settings’ page

    Starter Kit Switchover
    Beginning April 28th, we will be holding all Starter Kit orders to update the kits with the new Design Guide inserts. We are also switching out a few Keys in the updated Starter Kit. Note – no Summer collection products will be included as we always wait to see sales data before including product in the Starter Kit. Updated kits will begin shipping out on May 2nd. Please visit the Lounge News and Resources for a detailed list of the updated Starter Kit contents. Please note for anyone who enrolls as a Designer between the April 28th and April 30th , we will extend their Quickstart period to be as though they signed up on May 1st.
