Seating assignments, rehearsal, post ceremony procession
This year, you will be pre-assigned a row and seat number. Your row and seat number will be on a card given to you at the Senior Luau. Graduates will be lined up for the processional in the gym and walk into the ceremony on the blacktop area behind the gym. You will find the sign with your row assignment and stand in line according to seat number (for example, if you are assigned seat 10, you need to be the 10th person in line). ALL GRADUATES NEED TO BE IN THE STAGING AREA BY 4:45 PM. This gives us time to check that everyone has the proper attire and knows how they will be entering the ceremony. Attendance will be taken in lines, and we will begin the ceremony promptly at 6:00 pm.
Graduation Rehearsal is JUNE 2ND FROM 4:00-6:00 pm. All graduates are to meet in the front of the gym for check in and will be directed into the gym for assignments. It is imperative that you are present at Graduation Rehearsal so please plan on being present on June 2nd.
After graduation is over all graduates will leave in a procession together and return to the west parking lot. No graduates will be permitted to stay on the field when graduation is over.
Spectator Parking
Parking is on a first come first serve basis. The east parking lot will be open for parking and St. Peter Claver Church has graciously allowed us to use their parking lot for graduation after 3:00 PM. If you park in St. Peter please do so after 3:00 PM and be mindful of small children leaving preschool/day care. The streets around campus, Pittman and Stow, are also available for parking.
We had a very limited number of disabled parking spaces available and if you did not respond to the SVHS Graduation RSVP you are not on the disabled parking list. The disabled parking is at capacity and we cannot accept anymore requests. All disabled parking will require a disabled placard to be visible upon entry. If you do not have a disabled placard you will not be permitted to park in the disabled parking.Spectator entrances and conduct
All spectators will enter through Stow street. There will be two different entrances for graduation, Home and Visitor. All graduation wristbands will denote Home or Visitor and all spectators must use the correct entrance when entering the stadium. The Home side seating will enter through the ticket booth on the home side. The Visitor side seating will enter through the visitor gate on the visitor side.
No outside items may be brought into graduation and spectators will be denied entrance if any of the following items are attempted to be brought into graduation: coolers, confetti cannons, air horns, beverage other than water, food items, alcohol or tobacco products, umbrellas, large signs that obstruct viewing and any other items besides water or cell phones. We will not be flexible with outside items so please leave all items in your car.

Important information
We cannot make any exceptions this year, and we know it is difficult to have limited tickets for graduation. Again, we are excited to be able to offer a live-stream of the ceremony for others not in attendance. The live-stream link will be emailed to everyone as we approach graduation, and will also be available on the SVHS youtube page. We will also have a large LED video wall that will project the ceremony for all spectators in attendance. For those students that choose not to attend the ceremony in person, we will still put their senior picture on the video wall and read their name, and it will be in the livestream.
