What it is?
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation.

The Sixth Amendment is a criminal law of justice and protecting the United States.:)
Court cases
1. The name of the Supreme Court Case was Gideon V. Wainwright 372 U.S. 335, the year was (1963).
2. They were going to Court because, Gideon was charged with breaking and entering. Gideon showed up with out an attorney, because he couldn't afford one.
