Do you have gently used sports equipment or unused equipment collecting dust? The WMS PE department would love to adopt any of your old equipment! Softball and baseball gloves, soccer balls, pickleball racquets, any free weights or any other sports equipment will be graciously appreciated and well used! Please donate to the large bin labeled “PE Donations” in the PE hallway outside Mrs. Baatz’s and Mr. Faherty’s offices. Thank you!

VOLUNTEER COACHING INFORMATION
There are a few steps to volunteering as a Coach at WMS. The first step is to speak with the Head Coach of the sport you want to participate in. When that coach approves you, he or she will send a note to Mr. Cox, our Athletic Director, informing him of the potential volunteer, and that the coach has met the potential volunteer and has a plan for that volunteer to help our program. The potential volunteer will then need to come see Mr. Cox to get a Volunteer Coaching form. You will need that form in order to complete an application to volunteer on our RAPTOR system. Once you have the form, go to RAPTOR and fill out the volunteer application. When you are approved, you will be in the system and are then able to work with our athletes.
Please call Mr. Cox if you have any questions, or need help working through the process, at (970) 686-8219.
