Thank You for Booking a Trunk Show!
I can't wait to style you and your friends!
Hi Elaine!
I am really looking forward to your Trunk Show on Wednesday, April 3rd at 7:00 p.m.! You should have received an email from me earlier today with information on how to get into my website as a Hostess and start creating your Wish List. Please be sure and add everything you like!
It is my job to help you get as much free jewellery as possible and it only takes 2 guest orders totalling $200 for you to start earning your Style Rewards! Our average trunk show has 10-15 guests and is just over $1000 in sales. Anything over $1000 will give you 25% of the sales in free jewels and 4 items at 50% off! So, let's aim to get you over the $1000 mark so you can max out the Style Rewards program and get at least $250 in free jewels and more shopping at 50% off!
You should expect that only 1/3-1/2 of the girls you invite will be able to attend, so the idea is to OVER-invite. Invite everyone you know who could use some quality "girlfriend" time (think family, friends, neighbours, coworkers, people you know through kids, your hairdresser, girls from the gym, etc. ... ) and ask them to bring a friend or their mom, aunt or mother-in-law, too! The more is definitely the merrier!
I am going to send you a “Save the Date” email in my next email. If you can please forward this out to all of your guests and copy me in the email, I will take your guest's email addresses and create the Paperless Post invitation to get sent out right away! It will look to your guests as though the PP invite is coming from you. I have been using Paperless Post lately and I think it is a lot better than Evite, which often end up in people's Junk Mail. Also, the Paperless Post invitations are way cuter!
Sound good? :)
I will mail off a package to your house with some Look Books and order forms for any outside orders and some paper invitations that you can hand out to anyone you may want to invite but don't have an email address for.
I will plan to arrive about 30-45 minutes prior to the start time on the 3rd. If you could just provide me with a large table to display my jewels, preferably near the food. Keep the food and drink simple. Everyone will be so busy trying on jewellery and socializing that you really don’t need to worry about a lot of food and drink, so don’t stress about what to serve. Wine and cheese, coffee and biscotti, or champagne and cupcakes ... a little bite and something to drink is perfect! I promise the focus will be the gorgeous jewels!
Rebecca :)
