To the Class of 2023,

Congratulations! We are weeks away from the end of our time at PW and we hope you soak in

every moment! Our four years have been exciting, interesting, and certainly brought the

unexpected. As a class, we have conquered the many challenges that faced us and achieved

great success! We appreciate your patience, support, and enthusiasm as we navigated our

unusual beginnings to high school and are excited to finish out with a bang!

Our time here at PW is coming to a close, and together we have created memories that will last

us a lifetime. For us, seeing your smiles, laughter, and connection at Junior Prom and

Homecoming this year was so rewarding. Your presence at these events as a part of our class

family is valued. Each one of you is unique, loved, and holds a special place within our class

family. We want you to know that your PW family is always cheering for you no matter where your journey takes always cheering for you.

We urge you to continue working hard in your classes, making memories with your

teachers and classmates, and keeping your smiles and positive thoughts through our last semester

together. In the next few weeks, we have many incredible events planned, we encourage you to

attend and make your final moments at PW memorable. Congratulations again and we are

excited to see your continued success!

• Submit colleges you applied to and scholarship information to Mrs. Marsico ASAP (Not just where you will attend but all institutions that have accepted, denied, deferred, or waitlisted you (College, Trade, Military)). You can email Mrs. Marsico (kmarsico@colonialsd.org) or you can log into Naviance and complete this step under College I'm Applying

• Complete the SENIOR STATE SURVEY
• Students attending a four-year college or university, CHECK YOUR EMAIL and/or CHECK YOUR COLLEGE PORTAL to make sure you don't miss any communications about deadlines or next steps from your college.
• If you have financial aid questions, you need to reach out to the college's financial aid office
• Students attending MontCO or other two-year schools have time to commit. If you need help with your Next Steps or registering for an Advising appointment, please reach out to Mrs. Lynch at blynch@colonialsd.org.

We are using the BIG TEAMS -STUDENT CENTRAL platform to complete and upload ALL PIAA paperwork.

BIGTEAMS-STUDENT CENTRAL LOGIN

All students must have a physical dated on or after 6/1/23 to participate in the 2023-24 school year. Accounts have been created for all students in STUDENT CENTRAL using their school GMAIL account. Parents/Guardians will follow the instructions below on how to create and link their account with their student's account.

First-season athletes: They need to fill out all forms online. The only form they are to upload a paper copy of is the physical (Section 6). All other forms will be completed in the online format.

Once accounts are created/linked and paperwork is completed, uploaded, and approved by the Athletic Trainer, Coaches will be able to see athletes trying out for the sport. Varsity and JV Football starts August 7th, 2023. All other JV and Varsity FALL Sports start on MONDAY, August 14th, 2023.

DEADLINE to submit paperwork and baseline completion for JV and Varsity FOOTBALL is FRIDAY, July 28, 2023

DEADLINE for all other FALL Sports is Friday, August 4th, 2023

Anything submitted after the above deadlines are not guaranteed for review before the first day of preseason.
