Hello To All,


I have had a fantastic first few days back at AEA Strongsville! I have felt warmth and connection from so many people as I return, thank you! It has been a dynamic week in the world beyond AEA Strongsville, with so many updates on the state of the nation, state, and county, be assured that we are taking all the information and news seriously and will be in touch continuously.


Here are a couple reminders:


1. School begins at 8 a.m. Students who log in or come in to the school after 8:10 will be marked tardy. If you have any questions or concerns about attendance, or if your student will be late or absent, please email jennifer.brockman@aeaohio.org or call the school 440-471-4982 x1700


2. No Student attendance tomorrow, November 20, 2020 for Professional Development Day. Please enjoy a safe and fun long weekend!


3. Parent/Teacher Conferences are being held via zoom conferences with teachers on Monday, November 23rd and Tuesday, November 24th from 5-8 p.m. Please sign up if you haven't already!


4. No School Wednesday, November 25 through Friday, November 27 for the Thanksgiving Holiday Please enjoy a safe holiday! School resumes on Monday, November 30th

EPO: Einstein Parent/Teacher Organization Information

Giving Tree!

This year, AEA Strongsville with the help of our Einstein Parent Organization is conducting a holiday gift donation program known as the Giving Tree. The goal is to assist families in the AEA Strongsville Community in need of extra help to provide gifts for their children during the holidays.

Therefore, if you feel your family is in need of this kind of assistance, please complete the following form by Monday, November 23, 2020. Referral forms turned in after November 23rd will not be accepted.

Parent Teacher Conferences

Due to our COVID precautions, Parent Teacher Conferences will be held virtually through Zoom on Monday Nov. 23rd and Tuesday Nov. 24th from 5:00pm-8:00pm.


AEA Strongsville will use Sign Up Genius to schedule Parent Teacher Conferences. More details will be coming home soon.
