Holiday Tip - 30/30/30 Rule



Spend at least 30 minutes per day educating yourself on something. Listen to a podcast, read blogs, the newspaper or subscribe to my all time favorite daily newsletter: http://www.theskimm.com/


Spend at least 30 minutes per day getting exercise. Move your body!! This is good for the mind, body, and spirit! Even better start your day at 6:15am at the barre getting a total body workout. Alternatively, do you feel like you need to check in with your mind, body and spirit? Then end your work day at 5:30pm with yoga.


Spend at least 30 minutes per day doing something for yourself and that is fun! Maybe it’s reading some juicy fiction, phoning a friend or family or having a coffee date.


So there you have it - this is my foolproof formula for having a successful day. It’s all about setting yourself up for wins - both big and small.
