You should join its really relaxing.

We do poses from Downward dog to cat-cow. sometimes we meditate and sometimes we work the whole period on yoga poses we take notes on the poses we do then we do those poses and we work on projects and we even have some quality time with class mates at the end of the period.

Every day five times a week.

There are poses like Bow where you lay on your stomach and with one of your arms you grab hold of you ankle and pull with the arm and push away with the foot. or other poses like camel where you are on your knees and you bend backwards and put your hands on your heels i like that one.

This is Tyler

Tyler is doing up-dog this is where you lay on your stomach and then push up with your arms and lay your legs flat out on the ground. and hes a dog too funny.

This is Megan

Megan is doing locust pose this is where you lay flat on your stomach and then lift your legs up and then you have your arms out to the side going up towards the sky as well.

This is Monica

Monica is doing the Cat-Cow pose this is where you get on all fours and you start to arch your back like an alley cat and pull chin towards chest and then lower your stomach and then you pull your head back like a cow

This is Kyle

Kyle is curently doing a butterfly pose this is where you put your legs out in front of you with your feet touching each other and put your hands on your feet and then you pull your body towards your feet slightly and then your inhale and exhale to stay relaxed.

Jenna is currently doing inclined plank pose this is where you are on your tiptoes and palms and you push up into plank.
