Important news from the Registrar’s Office

Can you believe that it is already time to secure your student’s enrollment for the 2023-24 school year? Parents will complete the Intent to Return forms using the same PowerSchool site used for online check-in. This is not your parent portal.

On Sunday, January 1, 2023, you will receive an email from PowerSchool with a link and Snapcode for each of your students. If you did not complete the online check-in, there will be instructions on how to create your account within this email.

The deadline for completing your Intent to Return form(s) is Friday, January 13, 2023. This will be your only opportunity to secure your current student’s seat for the 2023-2024 school year. If your student will not be returning, you must still complete the Intent to Return. You will be asked to indicate where the student will be attending and why they are transferring.

The 2023-24 Lottery is Open

The 2023-24 lottery window is open through January 13, 2023. If you have a student that currently does not attend The Academy but you would like them to at the beginning of the 2023-24 school year, you can submit a lottery application today. Access to The Academy lottery application can be found by clicking here.

If your family has students currently attending The Academy, you MUST complete the lottery application for those you wish to enroll. There will be a place for you to indicate that the applicant has a sibling who currently attends The Academy.

Please spread the word to family and friends who might be interested in becoming part of our community. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and the nicest compliment.
