After Spring Break- New WNC unit
Quick overview of what are we learning
Fundations: Unit 10. Working with closed syllables and learning many new vowel teams. Please complete the homework. Test will be Tomorrow!!!
Writing: Opinion Writing and opinion letters. We learn how we can persuade people with our words in writing and how we can share our beliefs with others through writing.
Daily 5: We finished our space research and the features of the night sky. Ask your child about their project. We are also studying fables and fiction text focusing on characters, the beginning, middle and end. The MClass assessment will be after/on April 25th.
Math: We continue to work with numbers, addy, subby, and equal eddy. We are learning about True/False Equations and how can we make a false equation true.
Science: The features of the night sky like the moon, stars, planets and even a little about the sun.
