Personalized training is immediately applied to current practice. Teacher is able to demonstrate how the targeted training has improved current practice.

Badges earned reflect individualized professional development that each teacher has attended. The district and campuses what the requirements for each session will be in order to earn a badge. Badges translate to days earned.
6-8 Week Structured Book Study tied to Twitter Chat & Moodle = 1 Day
10 Lunch & Learns that Address Trends in HISD Teacher Goals = 1 Day
1 Approved Full-Day Session Tied to Goals = 1 Day
1 Required Full-Day Session Tied to District-Wide MIssion = 1 Day
Each teacher accumulates ___ days to apply to HISD Flex Days.
