When you think of bite-size you think of a smaller amount and a byte is a unit of digital information consisting of 8 bits. So with Teaching Strategies Bytes the goal is to introduce small and addressable units that allow us to increase our memory and grow our skills over time. Reflecting on where we might want to take a deeper dive and potential resources to support that.
Teaching Strategies Bytes will introduce you to some of the pedagogy and best practices that are a part of the Teaching Strategies in a Digital Environment I and II online courses. During these hour long sessions your facilitator will not only guide the conversation and sharing, but will model facilitation skills using a video conferencing tool and its features. We will also provide details on how you could participate in other professional learning to take a deeper dive into any of the topics and strategies presented.
We look forward to you joining in.
