BOMLA Men - 2015 Graduates
This weekend our 1st graduating class became BOMLA Men to themselves, their families, our campus and the world. Thank you all for everything you have done to get us to this phenomenal point in the life of our campus. Saturday, May 30, 2015 further etched the powerful legacy of "The" Barack Obama Male Leadership Academy at BF Darrell.
Guy Djoken
UNESCO Executive Director Guy Djoken visited our campus and attended our inaugural graduation. He repeatedly stated that he travels around the world and has yet to see a campus like ours. His conversation remained around the culture and expectations he witnessed throughout the campus. Great Job All.
Mark McCray
Mark McCray delivered a message of overcoming adversity while pursuing your dreams. Have recently lost over one pounds and surviving a brain tumor; his story resonated from a physical limitation standpoint with the audience.
