This is something fun to do with friends & family!
The women in my family began this journey in January. It will take us through five years of questions (repeating the same question each year for comparison). We plan to compare our journals in 5 years. We found these particular journals on Amazon. They have a variety of journals to choose from (not very expensive). This one was easy to do, requires just writing one sentence each day. Journaling or even writing out prayers is a very healthy habit that keeps your mind and body healthy. It also leaves a legacy behind for generations to enjoy.
