What Can I do Before the End of the School Year???

1. Some colleges require teacher and/or counselor letters of recommendations. Not ALL colleges require this so be sure to do your research before asking someone to write a letter on your behalf. If you find that you do need a letter of recommendation, ask a teacher if he or she would be willing to write a positive letter of recommendation. If they are willing to, provide them with a student brag sheet.

2. Consider retaking the SAT in June or take the ACT in June. You will need to register on your own for these tests.

3. Talk with your parents, mentors, teachers, and counselors about your postsecondary plans. We are all here to support you!
