Fight Leukemia Fundraiser!

Saturday, June 29th, 11am-7pm

Webster Armory Webster, SD

Daniel (Spider) Anderson was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndrome) on September 25th of 2012. He has been at Mayo Hospital ever since fighting for his life. Spider has undergone chemotherapy, radiation, bone marrow transplant, and several life-saving surgeries due to complications. He has had numerous setbacks and continues to amaze his doctors every day! Spider is a self-employed Auctioneer, and has not been able to work since his hospitalization. His wife Jackie was forced to take an extended leave of absence from her job so she can be the caregiver for her husband and family. Jackie is employed at Webster Elementary School where she works with children with special needs. They have three children Saphire-17, Austin-16, Levi-9. Saphire was diagnosed with MDS, and will be enduring a bone marrow transplant at Mayo in June as well. Levi, also diagnosed with MDS, will be undergoing a bone marrow transplant in the near future as well. As you can imagine, the medical bills and travel expenses are forever building. All proceeds will go directly to the Anderson Family.
