A New Way to Read eBooks Created by Students!

Our Lower School students create a few class books a year using the Book Creator app. In the past, we were only able to share these in two ways:
  1. Upload to Google Drive so that parents with an iOS device and iBooks could read them as am ebook.
  2. Save as a video for anyone to view (perfect for those that don't have an iPad or iPhone).

Book Creator recently came out with a new update that allows the books to be published and read on their site. You just need to do the following:

  1. Use the Chrome browser.
  2. Click on the link provided.

That's it! Now you can read these like a real book!

Click on the buttons below to access the class books!

Just a quick FYI - These books were created during February and March when MANY of our students and teachers were absent due to illness. That's why not all books have a page for everyone.

First Grade Books

The Crazy Pet books are based on the Dr. Seuss book, What Pet Should I Get. The Spanish books were created with Sra. Ross. Due to many illnesses, Mrs. Hutchinson's children weren't able to finish their Spanish class book.

Second Grade Books

The second grade classes have recently created books related to either a topic in class or something we did in the lab.

Third Grade Books

The third graders listened to the Dr. Seuss book, I Wish that I Had Duck Feet. The children were challenged to think of an animal part that they would like to become part of their body. They listed the advantages as well as what might go wrong if they had that part. Due to the very busy Seuss Week, we weren't able to find a time for Mrs. Weth's class. They will be creating books in the coming weeks.
