4-H Award Applications
4-H Awards can be won at the local and state level through Career Portfolio completion and the Diamond Clover Program.
Career Portfolio Awards
The Career Portfolio is a record of your 4-H career. It includes a listing of your personal growth and leadership experiences related to the knowledge learned, skills gained and community service/volunteer activities experienced through 4-H. It should show a progression of all your years in 4-H.
Download your Portfolio at: http://4h.unl.edu/careerportfolio or visit the Extension Office for an electronic copy.
Diamond Clover Awards
This non-competitive program recognizes the accomplishments of 4-H members. It consists of six levels that require a 4-H member to plan and report age-appropriate accomplishments.
The 4-H member, parent, and 4-H leader sign off on their accomplishments and return the report to the Extension Office. The 4-H’er will then be awarded a Diamond Clover pin and certificate of completion for that level at the annual 4-H Achievement Night. Youth interested in participating in this program should stop by the Extension Office to pick up an application or download it from the following site: http://4h.unl.edu/diamond-clover
