"Help Desk" Expansion to Communications and Data Services Departments

District 15 has many technical systems used on a daily basis to help us with everything from communication to taking attendance. The District 15 Help Desk Ticket process has expanded to allow help requests stemming from the Communications and Data Services Departments!

NEW Help Desk Ticket items include:

Data Services:

  • Business/HR Systems (Skyward)
  • Data Services (other)

  • Infinite Campus (SIS)

  • ISBE


  • Blackboard (mass notifications system)
  • D15 Website

To obtain help for systems managed by Data Services or Communications, visit and enter the following information:

1. Select ‘Data Services’ or 'Communications' in the Request Type field. In the field that will appear to the right, select the area for the issue. The current options are:

  • Business/HR Systems (Skyward)
  • Data Services (other)

  • Infinite Campus (SIS)

  • ISBE

  • Blackboard

  • Website

2. Enter the topic in the Subject field.

3. Enter a description of the issue in the Request Detail field.

4. Attach a file or screenshot via the Attachment button.

5. Click the Save button to submit the ticket.

We trust these expanded options will be a helpful addition to our Help Desk process.

National Board Certified Teacher

Would you like to begin your journey to becoming a National Board Certified Teacher during the 2019-2020 school year?

The state fall subsidy window opens September 5th until October 6th. This subsidy pays for all fees related to the process. There is a $75 registration fee. This is the only cost a teacher will incur.
