Progress Reports: We will be sending home progress reports!
Please ensure that:
1. Scholars receive grades that reflect how they have been performing the entire school year. example: a scholar averaging a 90 all quarters thus far averages the same thing on progress report etc. A scholar who is being retained should average a 60-69
2. If a scholar who was always averaging a 90 and up is low on engagement, I would give them a "80 to indicate to parents that they need to engagement more to gain that 90 for final grade.
3. Remember the number grades correlate to:
· “I” = number grades of 50-59 and is for scholars that we have had absolutely no contact with
· “N”= number grades of 60-69 and is for retention scholars
· “S”= number grades of 70-89 and is for scholars who would be a C or B and have engaged
· “E” = number grades of 90-100 and is for scholars who has been maintaining as an “A” honor roll scholar and is continuing to engage consistently.
4. Grades for all categories in power school should be provided for progress report. This is due by April 28th at 3:00.

How to Address IT Issues with Parents
While promoting social distancing to our families, we suggest parents and scholars to email edtech@uplifteduation.org so the IT team can attempt to
resolve any login and Chromebook issue remotely. If it’s determined the issue cannot be resolved remotely, they will be advised to visit a “drop-off” location during one of the open windows. We want to emphasize that these two locations are for drop off and pick up of loaner devices only. The IT team will not repair hardware, troubleshoot or install software during this period. Users will receive an email from IT once their broken device is fixed and schedule for pick up at the same location where the device was dropped off.
Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays; 9AM to 12PM – BEGINNING TUESDAY, MARCH 31st Locations: Uplift Williams 1750 Viceroy Drive, Dallas, TX 75235 and Uplift Meridian 1801 S. Beach Street, Fort Worth, TX 76105
