Dobyns-Bennett Juniors and Parents:
Dobyns-Bennett has an exciting opportunity for students to enroll in a Career Academy in Machine Tool Operations spring 2018! Students will have the opportunity to earn both a college certificate and 31 college credit hours toward a degree while in high school and possibly enter the workforce upon graduation as a certified Machine Tool Operator. Currently, Machine Tool Operators have the potential of earning $25-$30 an hour in our region ($50,000-$55,000 per year). Students will apply for the Federal Pell Grant and they will also be eligible to receive additional grant monies through the TN Dual Enrollment Grant and the Sullivan County Career Readiness Scholarship.
For additional information and enrollment details, students should contact Robin Kerkhoff immediately at 423-378-2186 or email@example.com.
