Health
To ensure I have the best health each day, I will always think positive about myself. I will ignore the little things and carry on in life. You just have to make the best of your day. Just enjoy everything that comes to you in life you only got one life use that in a way you will enjoy. I will also, make sure I take care of myself and when I have a problem I will either handle the problem or ask for help.
Friends
Having fun and hanging out with a nice group of friends.
Healthy Habits
Enjoy life as you take care of your body with these healthy things you can do each day.
Sports
Playing sports makes me happy and being able to interact with other people and teammates.
Pain
I have suffered pain in the past. Though, pain can be good to sweat the bad and painful things so you can do it right the next time. This may keep you more conscious on your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. I will react to pain by taking it in as a positive. Learn from the pain as a positive. This way you learn from the negatives and reverse it to a positive for next time. I will gain positive outlooks from the pain. From all of the pain I will take it in as a positive and learn from my mistakes. It will help me for next time the pain I was supposed to have turned around to a positive. The next time I may have done it right.
Environment
I Am Who I Am Because of My Surroundings
I want positive affects from life. So, I need to surround myself with positive and nice people, and live in the present and enjoy life. I just have to enjoy what I have and not what I want. I need to make the best of what I have, and think about all the positives about them. Some people don't have the things others do!
