It took place in a tower that Rapunzel was locked away in for the majority of her life.

Characterization

Rapunzel was a beautiful girl with long golden blonde hair. She was a very good singer and was overall a nice person.


The Prince was a dedicated sweet young man that was in love with Rapunzel. He was caring a persistent.


The witch who took care of Rapunzel was a terrible person. She put Rapunzel up in the tower and would only came to see her at night.

Plot

In the story there was a man and a wife that wanted have a child so bad. They finally had a child and the wife saw in her neighbors yard she had some rampion. The wife wanted some, she needed the rampion. So the husband went into the yard and took some of it. The wife loved it and kept wanting more so the husband kept stealing the rampion. One day the neighbor came out and caught him. She was a witch, she told the husband that he could take as much as he wants as long as she could have their child. So couple agreed and the witch took the little girl named Rapunzel. The witch locked Rapunzel into a tall tower and would only visit her by Rapunzel letting down her long hair and the witch would climb up. One day Rapunzel was singing and the prince was out venturing the forest and heard her. So he came back and saw the witch say "Rupunzel let you hair down" so when the witch left he did the same thing. Over time the prince and Rapunzel fell in love until one day the witch came up the tower when the prince was in there and she cut Rapunzels hair and threw the prince out of the tower and he landed in some cactus and poked him in the eye. It made him go blind and Rapunzel was sent off to a desert. One day the prince heard Rapunzel's beautiful voice singing and he followed the sound. He found her and they were reunited and she started crying and her tears got on the prince's eyes and he was no longer blind! They live happily ever after and went back to the palace where they were welcomed back with open arms
