ingredients

1/2 cup couscous
1/2 cup water, boiled
2 large tomatoes, chopped
6 spring onions, sliced finely
1 cup parsley, chopped
1/2 cup coriander, chopped
3 tablespoons mint, chopped
1/4 cup lemon, juice
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 tablespoon olive oil


step 1

place cous cous in water and wash it


step 2

cut the parsley finely


step 3

cut the tomatos into little cubes




step 4

put all of the vegis in a bowl

add the couscous with the vegies


step 6

add a table spoon of lemon


step 7

add a pinch of salt




step 8

add a table spoon of olive oil




step 9

put the tabouli on a plat


step 10
