Who was your favorite teacher and why- Coaches from Middle School and High School – They all taught me the meaning of hard work, team work, and dedication. They believed in me and helped me accomplish more than I ever thought I could.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt? Own a deep sea fishing charter service in the Gulf or fishing charter service on Lake Michigan
Do you have children? Courtney- 27 married to Cody Waldon and grand daughter Maddie turns 2 June 2. They live in Sanger.
Austin 22- lives in Austin TX and works with two investors who remodel and flip homes.
Jennifer- 19 Ended her Freshman year at East Central Oklahoma University and is on the pom squad

Where is the farthest place you have ever traveled: Brenda and I went to New Zealand for her work three years ago and stayed at her boss’ holiday home in Queenstown. Absolutely one of the most gorgeous places on earth.

Hobbies or Activities/organizations you are active in: We are involved in our church- Saint David of Wales in Denton (Men’s Group, Vestry member, and Brenda is in alter guild) playing with Maddie, traveling, and golf, fishing, and riding our Harley.
Accomplishments or Honors you have achieved that you are proud of: Being a grandfather, helping start Special Olympics in LEISD, proud to be at Hackberry, winning a playoff football game with Courtney on the sidelines with me as she was a trainer at Pilot Point, coached 2 state champions in powerlifting, watching our students and teachers grow these past two years at Hackberry, Introducing Teachers of the Year for Oak Point and Hackberry at Region 11 dinners. Given an award at church for mission and ministry this past year. Hoping to end the year with distinctions for Hackberry for the students and staff!!!!! HOOOOOWWWWLLLL
