Make a Difference Mondays! Blood Drive is this Wednesday. Did you know that you can save up to 3 lives with your blood donation? Permission slips for students 16 and 17 in the front office.
Take Care Tuesdays! Personal safety matters and is a primary way to take care of yourself and others. In addition to the great job during the lockdown drill this morning, it is very important that even outside of school that you check for exits and be aware of those around you. Notice something odd, speak up to an adult and express your concerns.
Way to Go Wednesdays! this shout out came from a community member. On Sunday, an older woman was hauling a recliner and it came out of her truck in traffic. She was frantic for help and a community member saw sophomore Sarah Ward get out to help. Then a couple others also stopped to help. Sarah has a servant heart from all of the years she has volunteered with Elev8hope, but we also want everyone here to know when our classmates are caught doing good. Thank you, Sarah!
Thankful Thursdays! We are so grateful for our generous students and families. Dr. Judd sent out an email with many ways to donate and help our community and already all of the toys have been bought, blood was donated, many baskets have been picked up, and many food items are coming in. Keep it up as we still have some baskets to fill and need more food. Service hours are given for all of this. Thanks for being so giving!
Fun Fact Fridays! None today due to ASVAB testing.
