Attendance Matters
March Your Way to School Every Day
As March rolls in, it's important for students to maintain regular attendance at school. Spring is a time for growth and renewal, and your child's education is no exception. Attending school every day helps them stay on track with their learning and ensures they don't miss out on any important lessons.
Consistent attendance also helps your child build good habits for the future. Regular attendance teaches responsibility and punctuality, which are essential skills for success in all areas of life.
We understand that sometimes absences are unavoidable, but we urge you to make every effort to ensure your child is in school as much as possible. If your child does need to miss school, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements to support their learning.
Let's work together to make sure our students are present and engaged in their education this March and beyond!

Student Supports Services
Dear Parents/Guardians
We wanted to take a moment to introduce you to Securly, a web filtering and monitoring solution used by our district to keep students safe online while at school and while using district/school-provided devices (such as Chromebooks, LTE access, etc.). This platform helps schools filter inappropriate content and monitor students' online activity to ensure they are using the internet safely and responsibly. It also provides administrators with real-time insights into students' behavior, allowing them to intervene if necessary. Our district has been utilizing this form of web filtering with great success over the past several years.
We are pleased to inform you that Securly has recently added a new feature that allows parents to have control over their child's school device even when they are away from school. With this feature, you can set internet access rules, limit screen time, and receive alerts for any concerning online activity.
To better understand the interest of our families in using this new feature, we have prepared a brief survey. Please take a few minutes to provide your valuable feedback and help us determine the potential value of this new Securly feature for our families.
Thank you,
Communications
