Prom bids will go on sale April 16th to May 4th in the ASB Office. Only cash or credit cards will be accepted. You can also visit our webstore to purchase Prom bids online.
To purchase bids, students must complete the Prom Permission Form
If purchased from the web store, a form needs to be downloaded and brought to ASB before students will be allowed to pick up their actual bids. The online transaction will not be considered “complete” until the signed form has been turned in. Forms can also be picked up in the ASB Office (sales do not begin until April 16th).
We have not yet received a final price for Prom Bids from our event planner. We will update this as soon as that figure comes in. Please expect a single ticket price of approximately $90-$100. ASB Sticker discounts will only apply to Royal Seniors (not outside or underclassmen guests).
Royal students are welcome to invite outside guests from other schools or guests who are age-20 and under. Students bringing an outside guest should pick up their forms and obtain necessary signatures before purchasing their bids.

SVUSD policy prohibits alcoholic beverages, tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapor pens or chemical substances (even before an event such as Prom). This rule also applies to all automobiles in which the student is a driver or a passenger. Any student in violation of this will be turned over to his/her parents or to the police. - Stadium opens at 4:30 pm for families.
- Students may wear only flat shoes during the commencement ceremony.

9.) TICKETS
ADMISSION IS BY TICKET ONLY

We strongly discourage families bringing infants and young children. Strollers will not be allowed. If you do bring infants and young children, they also require a ticket for admission.
