Education Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Six (6) confidential educational placements
- One (1) service agreement with Foundations Behavioral Health/Lifeworks
- Representational Consent for Assessments
- PSAT/NMSQT Administration
- Professional Development Conferences
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - Treasurer's Report and the list of bill payments.
- Agreement with ICS Consulting for feasibility study services for proposed transportation facility
- Purchase of bus interior cameras
- Insurance claim contract change order for storm damage work at UDHS and FWES
- FEMA reimbursement authorization resolution
- Agreement with DJ Ververelli, Inc. Consulting Engineers to evaluate the UDHS natatorium dehumidification units
- Agreement with Michael Johnson Architect, LLC for roof evaluation services at the MGES gymnasium
- Budgetary transfers
- Appraisal services agreement

Personnel Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, retirements and resignations, leaves of absence, changes of status, mentor appointments, curriculum leader appointments, and extracurriculars
- Hiring authorization through November 23, 2022
- Memorandum of Understanding for Music in our Schools and the Allied Arts Show

Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in executive session on October 24, 2022 from 6:00 PM until just before 7:00 PM to discuss personnel and anticipated hiring.
