2018-2019 Contract Highlights
- If you miss 3 or less days, the following year you get 3 no-tell days
- Benefits increased to $850 a month
- On-going 6.2% raise (retro to the beginning of the school year)
- One time monies equivalent to 2.25% of your salary
- Additional 0.2% for mandated trainings
- Increase special ed stipend to 2 units
- Added a Dual Immersion stipend of 2 units
Community Outreach
One or our main goals has been to reach out to our community and create positive relationships with the families of Ceres.
- Sponsored 4 Ceres Youth Baseball/Softball Teams
- Sponsored Letters for Santa in 4 of our elementary schools
- Partnership with Ceres Community Garden
- Support Ceres Centennial Celebration
- Attended and supported events sponsored by community organizations
