A Note From Mr. Christ
Dear Paddock Families,
I hope you are all enjoying your weekend. A big congratulations to our 6th grade boys and girls who participated in the District 2-Ball tournament last week. They went up against students from other District 15 elementary schools and performed amazingly. A few Paddock students even won some medals. Great job to all of the competitors!
Have a great week!

5Essentials Parent Survey
Throughout District 15, parents, students (4th-8th grade during school hours) and teachers are being asked to complete the Illinois 5Essentials Survey to gather data related to five indicators that can be targeted to improve important student outcomes, including attendance and state test score gains. The 5Essentials Survey asks questions about:
- Effective Leaders
- Collaborative Teachers
- Involved Families
- Supportive Environments
- Ambitious Instruction
Parent input is an extremely valuable part of this survey and all responses are completely anonymous. In order for schools to receive the results of the parent feedback, at least 20% of parents must complete the survey (currently we are at 12%). The parent survey takes about 10 minutes. Please consider visiting the the 5Essentials Survey website and selecting the parent survey to begin. Thank you for your valuable feedback.
Student Registration 2023-2024
Online student registration for the 2023-2024 school year is open. Please visit the District registration page to start this process. All returning students MUST be registered by August 1, 2023, or they will be disenrolled from CCSD15.
Students who have not completed their registration requirements will not receive a classroom assignment. Registration is the first step in getting ready for the upcoming school year. After you register your child online you need to:
- Pay student fees. Our student fee webpage outlines the District’s student fee structure and the three ways fees can be paid. Information regarding fee waivers for families that qualify is also found on this page of our website.
- New families to the district, kindergarten students, families with a lease, and families that were flagged by our third-party residency verification system are required to provide proof of residency to complete the registration process. Our residency webpage outlines the documents you will need to provide to prove residency.
All three steps of the enrollment process (register, student fees, residency) must be completed prior to the start of the school year.
