Recap of Our Week

It was great seeing so many families at Culver's this week. The PTO officers for next year were voted in at the meeting on Wednesday. Congratulations to Kim Smith (President), Chris Adent (Vice-President), Nikki Hoch (Secretary) and Alyssa Luedtke (Treasurer) for your willingness to lead the PTO work for another year! Please reach out to these leaders and ask how you can help, too.

Choir Rehearsal and Concert - May 22nd

The Spring Choir Concert will be this Tuesday, May 22nd from at 6:30 PM. If you are not able to join us for the evening concert, you can come to the dress rehearsal that morning at 9:15. Choir members should remember to dress up for the concert and meet in music room at 6:15PM to prepare for the concert.

Teacher End of the Year SCRIP Gifts

It’s hard to believe the end of the school year is only a few weeks away!! The PTO is offering an “End of the Year” gift program to say “Thank You” to our Hillcrest teachers and staff for all their hard work during the past year. We have a wonderful staff at Hillcrest and would like to show them how much we appreciate them. For the holidays, we purchased the teachers/staff gift cards of their choice from our SCRIP program. By doing this again it may save you the struggle of what to do for your child’s teachers/staff as something for an “End of the Year” gift. Participation is optional.

Please see the attached letter for more information. A copy of the staff list for gift giving can be found HERE.
