Dear families,
We are so excited to welcome some of our children back on campus next week! For families with a child who will be participating in hybrid instruction on-site, please see below for specific information. There is a lot of important information included in the Hybrid Expectations PDF below. Please read it carefully and discuss with your child. Teachers will also review this information with their classes.

Transportation & Bus Routes
Drop-off & Pick-up
This is potentially one of the most critical pieces to this hybrid plan and we are counting on you to do everything in your power to follow the directions below!
- Please arrive no earlier than 12:30 for drop-off and no earlier than 3:10 for pick-up.
- All adults need to remain in the vehicle. (If you are walking or biking with your child, please say goodbye off campus and once it is safe for them to continue on their own).
- Children should remain in the vehicle until you reach the designated drop-off point and a staff member directs them to exit.
- Older siblings can be dropped off with younger siblings. They will need to immediately go to their designated zones.
- Please make sure your child is prepared to exit the vehicle quickly in order to keep traffic moving as quickly as possible.
- Have your child dressed for the weather; we will be waiting outside until all students have arrived.
- Make sure your child is masked before exiting the vehicle.
- Families will receive a sign with their student’s name on the first day for pick-up. Please display the sign in your dashboard window to expedite pick-up.
- The map below show the drop-off and pick-up locations.
- This will take a bit of time for us to get in a rhythm. Please be patient and prepared for longer wait times.
