Consent Form for Student Cellphone Communication
During remote learning, it is more important than ever for counselors, social workers, and deans to be able to directly communicate with students. By providing your child's cell phone number, members of your child's team will be able to connect and share important information without having to contact the parent first. All calls will be made from a line directly connected to Leyden. Text messages will not be sent. Please fill out this FORM to provide your student's number and consent.
