Thank you for your support
Thank you to Mikel Pryor and Norma Cote for coordinating this event and to everyone for keeping it a secret. Thanks as well to the 4th grade chorus for their beautiful singing and to Zoe Boulmetis for sharing a speech to all attendees!
I am thankful to work with wonderful students, parents and staff members in an amazing school and community! Charlestown School is a special place and we should all celebrate our AMAZING SCHOOL. In case you forgot, Chariho's Teacher of the Year and Educational Support Staff Member of the Year are also on our staff...Dr. Moffitt and Mrs. Cote!
I look forward to traveling to Washington D.C. in October to participate in the National Distinguished Principals Program sponsored by the National Association of Elementary School Principals. I will share a presentation about our school and will engage in other activities, including a visit to the White House. I look forward to meeting other educators and sharing my experiences with all in our learning community.
The PTO Color Run is three weeks away-Sun., April 29th from 1:00-4:00 pm
Some things to keep in mind...
- The course will be staffed with volunteers to help supervise participants.
- If adults are going to run with children, they must register as a participant
- Students can run the short course multiple times if they want
- Food Trucks will be present
- If students earn any incentive prizes, they will pick them up at the event.
Scary Games at School
Based on my research, the game is a horror game played on computers and mobile devices. The goal of the game is for the player to survive five nights at Freddy's Pizza shop and avoid getting caught and killed by the animatronic characters. Children disappear during the game and are murdered.

As a reminder, cell phones, tablets and laptops are not encouraged on the bus as they can become lost, broken or stollen. If your child brings one, they are for emergency use only, per the district Bus Behavior Code.
FLASH - Last class is next week, 4/10
