LIFE IN PARIS
Fitzgerald lived in France from 1924 to 1926, alternating between Paris and the Riviera to seek tranquility for his work.
During this period, he wrote The Great Gatsby in Paris and became friends with American expatriates Gerald and Sara Murphy.
Fitzgerald also met writer Ernest Hemingway and formed a friendship based on Fitzgerald's admiration for him.
