CDL or Hybrid?

Dear Hazeldale Families,

Within the next two weeks you will need to make an important choice regarding your student's learning. You must make a choice for all your kids at this time. As we roll out hybrid, we will already know your choice.

Please follow the links below to information, on the district website, that you will need to help you decide if you prefer your student continue in CDL (Comprehensive Distance Learning) or if you would like your child to move to Hybrid instruction (part in-person/part online) that will start on April 5, at the earliest. The website also provides instructions on how to indicate your choice within your ParentVue account.

  • FAQs that answer many, many questions regarding Return-to-School for elementary students.
  • Instructions for signing up for ParentVue if you do not have an account: instructions
  • Making your choice via Survey to indicate your decision (English)

All decisions must be made by February 15.

If you have trouble or need help, call the school office to tell us your choice.
