Snack and Drinks
Throughout this Criteria C, I will be showing how to make 3-4 different snacks and meals for pre-cycling fuel, during cycling fueling and after cycling.
Breakfast Smoothie
Step #1
Get some sweet-sour mango.
Step #2
Cut the outside and diced it into bite size pieces.
Step #2
Put it into a ziplock bag and freeze it in the freezer.
Step #4
Get milk and yogurt.
Step #5
Add milk into the blender and then yogurt. Always add your liquid first, so that your smoothie will be smoother. Then, add the frozen mango (amount of up to you).
Cinnamon, Raisins Oatmeal
Step #1
Gather you ingredients. You will need, half a banana, half a cup of milk, chia seeds, quick cooking oats, 1 tsp of ground cinnamon and as much raisins to your own liking.
Step #2
add the half a cup of milk into a pot and heat it up.
Step #3
Add half a cup of oats to the boiled milk and stir.
Step #4
Add half a banana for added sweetness.
Step #5
Add in your raisins and as much cinnamons as you like.
